Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been as a performer, model and advocate for animal rights in the United States. Ali MacGraw is known for movies such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. The desire to become an artist was in part influenced by her family background as a member of an New York family of artists. Her first job was as a photographer's assistant, before progressing to modeling and acting. She was noticed in her two first films and won the Golden Globe Award for Most Popular Newcomer. Her film MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was one of the biggest hits that gained the world to her in addition to being an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. In just three films, she was voted the Top female debut at the box office in the world. At Grauman's Chinese Theater In 1972, she was able to have her signature and hand-footprints engraved. Some of the films she's been in include The Getaway Convoy Players as well as the TV miniseries The Winds of War. Moving Pictures, a 1991 autobiography of hers, was released. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
