Luciana was brought up at home in Rome through her father and mother. Luciana's father was Manlio Paoluzzi who was an Italian military officer. Her mother was Maria Rota Paoluzzi who was once one of Benito Mussolini's lovers. Her siblings are unknown. Luciana is the only female who graduated from her high school in Milan.
