She has served as an expert in the field of thought, helping implement business and people-related strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans through organizational and performance management, employee engagement, and the management of change. She believes that education is one of the key elements of leading. The vast experience she has gained with small and mid-size companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated results and successful outcomes created organizational cultures that embodied the concept of learning and innovation that positively affect teams as well as organizations.
